The place was fairly clean and staff was extremely helpful. We spent 3 nights in new-fashioned room with big windows. Modern facilities, everything you could wish for. The provided service was very good! Late check-out was useful.

Bright, quiet room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. The best location, not too far from Royal Palace of Milan, loved this place. Positioned in the shopping area, really close to public transport, a beautiful Galleria and Milan.

The M20 Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay! The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. The rooms are bright and fabulous, featuring large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Its location is ideal, being conveniently close to the Duomo and Missori metro stations, making it perfect for exploring Milan or traveling for work. it's a great experience, and I have nothing but positive things to say!
